Projectors equipped with a convex piano lens, recognizable by a flat surface on one side and smooth and convex on the other.

This type of headlight, equipped with an adjustable fork and optics adjustment system, is used to obtain a punctual accent and uniform lighting, with always "blurred" contours but more defined than the Fresnel version.

The Spotlight headlights of the Hyperion Series are able to emulate the performance of a halogen lamp.

In the continuous search to satisfy "nostalgic" light designers of halogen light and to approach the natural perception that the human eye has of an object illuminated by LEDs, it is not enough that static light simulates halogen light, but that it is also in its dynamic regulation. In order for an LED headlight to behave like a halogen headlight, there are three aspects to consider:

The dimmer curve that represents the inertia with which light is returned from the source as a function of the signal it receives. It can be set as linear or quadratic with "slow release" curvature.

the delay, that is to say the "delay" with which a filament begins to emit light after it receives the electrical stimulus. Shifts the curve milliseconds, adjustable.

The amber shift effect, it is a "defect" or imperfection typical of the halogen lamp that allows a slight amber / orange color change to which a halogen lamp tends when it is dimmed, decreasing its emission.

ABLE TO ELIMINATE VISUAL AND ACOUSTIC DISTURBANCES

All Hyperion Series headlights include functions to resolve or minimize these disturbances. For example,:

Silent mode – in order to function properly, a headlight needs a cooling system, which can be passive (radiator type) or active (presence of fans that "blow" away the hot air to make the source work within a temperature range considered ideal). The silent mode function allows you to intervene on the speed and therefore on the noise of these fans: an algorithm detects the internal temperatures of the thermostat and controls the current to ensure continuous operation of the headlight, preventing damage or shutdown. In some situations, for example in the light park above the symphony orchestra or in some art museums, "absolute silence" is required, so it is necessary to be able to deactivate the operation of the fans.

Flicker free – when shooting a show with cameras or even simply with the smartphone camera it is possible that in the shooting annoying oscillations appear (flickering) on the screen due to the frequency conflict between the emission of the LED light and the brush scan of the receiving camera. This conflict must be resolved by adjusting the recording parameters of the camera or the parameters of the LED source.

Booster – this is a function that allows you to increase the light output of individual channels by up to +20%, when a tint or CCT value is selected in which not all channels are full. A microprocessor monitors the working temperature of the LED and updates the source control parameters in real time.

ABLE TO WORK WITHOUT CONSOLE

Stand alone – this function allows you to control one or more headlights without using a console. The software allows, in fact, to create one or more static colors and to define the duration and sequence of each.

The function can be set on a single headlight or on a group of headlights. In this second case it is necessary to define the headlight "master" and the headlights "slave".

In the fixed white versions you can choose between the following color temperatures:
