LIGHTING DESIGNER

Carey is a Thai-English lighting designer for theatre, dance, and performance based in London. I graduated from my Master’s Degree Rose Bruford in Oct 2021.

I love movement and light- through any expression of this statement. Whether it’s a performer moving through static light, or a performer lit under strobe, whether it is a moment of stillness with just the slightest hint of colour changing; it’s a pleasure to watch something visually dynamic.
One thing I enjoy the most in my work is collaboration: finding a common creative language unique to the production with which my collaborators and I can develop a cohesive artistic work
